SYSTEMS DESIGNED FOR THE PARAMETERS OF EACH PROJECT.
From conventional sprinklers to specialized suppression, our systems are engineered and built around the building, hazard, and requirements of each project.
WET PIPE
The most common type of automatic sprinkler system. The piping is filled with pressurized water, which discharges when heat activates an individual sprinkler.
DELUGE
Designed for high-hazard applications requiring rapid water application. Open sprinklers or nozzles discharge simultaneously when the deluge valve is activated.
FIRE PUMPS
Increase water pressure and flow when the available water supply cannot provide the hydraulic demand required by a fire protection system.
DRY PIPE
Designed for areas where freezing temperatures are a concern. The piping contains pressurized air or nitrogen, with water held behind a dry-pipe valve until a sprinkler activates.
MARIOFF HI-FOG® WATER MIST
A high-pressure water mist system that uses very small water droplets to control or suppress fires while using substantially less water than conventional sprinkler systems.
FM-200® CLEAN AGENT
A gaseous fire suppression system using HFC-227ea to suppress fires without leaving water or residue, making it suitable for protecting sensitive equipment.
PRE-ACTION
Provides an added level of protection where unintended water discharge is a concern. A detection system opens the pre-action valve allowing water into the piping before operation.
STANDPIPE
A fixed piping system that supplies water to hose connections throughout a building, providing trained firefighters with access to water for fire suppression.
SPECIAL HAZARD
Engineered fire protection for specific hazards, materials, processes, or environments where conventional sprinkler protection may not provide adequate protection.
