Our preconstruction services are designed to provide the project team with a 5-Dimensional (5D) view of any project. The goal of our 5D efforts are to clearly specify:

Where, When, & How Much = 5D

Where:

• We identify in the 3D BIM model every pipe, sprinkler and component in the building at a specific x,y,z location

• Navisworks based BIM clash detection

• 2D and 3D drafting and design based on the requirements of the project

• Prefabrication of pipe for efficient installation

When:

• We provide an accurate amount of time it will take to install our system and can integrate this with any schedule managed by the GC

How Much:

• We provide a detailed cost analysis for each phase of construction
